We are seeking an organized and proactive learning coordinator to support the delivery of sales training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support the delivery of sales training programs across the business.
- Manage training calendars, course offerings, and logistics including LMS, catering, and communication.
- Support reporting and analysis to track engagement, performance, and learning insights.
- Keep learning content and materials updated, including toolkits, workbooks, and templates.
- Drive communication strategies to maximize awareness, engagement, and participation in L&D initiatives.
- Strong administrative or coordination experience—background in HR or recruitment admin is highly regarded.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to work across stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
- Passion for learning and innovation, with a growth mindset and eagerness to streamline processes.
