Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of automated credit strategies that enhance our lending experience for customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and automating credit strategies for Business Lending products, ensuring they align with our risk appetite and business goals.

This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, risk management practices and commercial acumen, as well as strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end credit strategy changes in Experian One.
  • Develop data insights strategies that support business objectives.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture, modeling and visualization techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data analytics solutions align with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in credit risk or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as R/Python/SAS/SQL/Teradata, and MS Suite.
  • Ability to work with large data sets to implement complex credit strategies.
