Franchise Engagement Professional

About the Role

  • Develop and execute national franchise engagement strategies

  • Coordinate national franchise roadshows across key regions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape event agendas and key messages
  • Manage weekly franchise communications calendars and create engaging content
  • Develop toolkits, FAQs, and talking points to support field teams
  • Build strong partnerships with franchise partners and internal teams
  • Serve as a key contact for feedback, escalation, and two-way communication
