Defence Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned business growth professional to lead our defence and security initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. This role is focused on expanding our presence in the Aerospace and Maritime sectors.
- This includes developing strong pipelines of opportunities, with clear paths to contract award, across our product and service offerings.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new sales and services revenue to meet or exceed regional and international targets.
- Key responsibilities also include identifying and pursuing new market opportunities and product applications, as well as leading capture and bid teams to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
- Another important aspect of this role is shaping client and market perceptions of our capabilities.
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience. Additionally, they must have a minimum of 10 years of pertinent defence experience and be eligible for an appropriate level of Australian/New Zealand security clearance.
