About the Role

FINDSTAFF is seeking a team of skilled Allied Health Services Practitioners to join our national division. As a key member of our team, you will provide one-to-one and group Allied Health supports to individuals in employment and vocational education services.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering contemporary services and programs that meet the objectives of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face and Telehealth Allied Health consultations to individuals and groups.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and maintain confidentiality in service provision.
  • Deliver individualized supports, connecting clients to local networks and supporting their interventional needs.
  • Produce accurate documentation and reporting, utilizing system databases as required.
  • Meet outcome-based performance targets to drive service utilization growth.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to identify demand for non-vocational interventional support.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities and registration requirements to enhance role capabilities.
  • Comply with all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
About You

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for delivering Allied Health services that support pre-employment and in-work participants. You will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, including:

  • Previous experience in delivering Allied Health Services within the employment services industry.
  • Experience in designing and delivering contemporary group and individual support programs to promote progress to, and in employment.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous development of profession and support national service delivery team.
  • Strong administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding and demonstrated experience working in a clinical governance environment.

You must also meet one of the following qualifications:

  • Qualified psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Qualified allied health professional with a degree or graduate diploma in allied health services or behavioral sciences, social work, rehabilitation counseling, or other allied health qualifications, with current registration where applicable.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children check.
