About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Senses Australia. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of proactive and reactive maintenance plans for all Senses Australia properties and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of maintenance plans to ensure facilities meet organisational needs and strategic intent.
  • Make timely recommendations to the Chief Financial Officer on property lease renewal and/or termination, assessing the strategic financial viability of these for the future of the business.
  • Oversee the Senses Australia fleet, assessing the strategic financial viability of assets within the business and anticipating future costs.
  • Oversee procurement, evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts in collaboration with the CFO, and ensuring approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

What We Offer:

  • Industry competitive salary range of $80,000 - $83,000 base salary, depending on relevant experience, plus 11% superannuation, salary packaging up to $15,899 of living expenses, and up to $2,650 on entertainment benefits per year, plus 17.5% annual leave loading.
  • 4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days, pro-rata, with the option to purchase leave to achieve better work-life balance.
  • Flexible work conditions, including working from home or from any Senses Australia hub.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in management of facilities and fleet, and in assessing maintenance and repairs work requirements and coordinating services to perform work to specified standards.
  • Experience supervising in-house and/or external contracted services in the delivery of high standards of facilities management, repairs, and maintenance work.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work at sites across the regional network as required.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Well-developed computer skills, including the ability to operate databases and software.
