Industrial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Schedule and execute preventative maintenance of plant and equipment, ensuring safety and maximizing production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical equipment problems to minimize interruptions.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and support country site maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the operational team as needed.
- High Risk Work training certifications, including Forklift, Dogman, and Confined Space.
- Gas testing ticket and valid Western Australian C class driver's license.
- Excellent computer proficiency, including EKA Computer knowledge and Microsoft Office suite.
- Clear communication and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid Covid 19 vaccination status.
- A competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
