Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned solicitor to provide legal expertise and support to our organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Australian commercial and administrative law, with experience working in complex organisations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Admission as a Solicitor in Australia, with at least five years' post-admission experience
  • A current unregistered Queensland Law Society Practising Certificate, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong knowledge of Australian commercial and administrative law, including regulatory frameworks and evolving government policy
  • Demonstrated legal experience in complex organisations, ideally within higher education
