Job Title

Accounts Receivable Officer: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable professional to join our dynamic team.

Are you an experienced professional looking to grow with our organization? As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactions for our group.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Regularly communicate with debtors using various channels to ensure effective debt management.
  • Handle debtor enquiries and follow up on payments to maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts and maintain organized debtor documentation for efficient audit review.
  • Collaborate with the team on month-end processes, financial reporting, and general accounts administration.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong technical understanding of the Accounts Receivable function.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with customers and stakeholders.
