Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable professional to oversee the AR function for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full Accounts Receivable process, including follow-ups on overdue payments.
  • Handle complex customer queries and collaborate with clients worldwide to resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate and maintain AR aging reports and provide support to the finance team with cash flow forecasting.
  • Regularly liaise with the Sales team to review outstanding accounts and ensure alignment.
  • Reconcile the AR ledger to maintain accuracy across all accounts and allocations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior-level Accounts Receivable, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, accounting principles, and reconciliations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - confident dealing with clients across different regions and time zones.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement them.
