Senior Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
- Manage a team of 3 marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their competency aligns with future business growth objectives
- Manage and develop a team of Graphic Designers and Social/Digital Media specialists to meet company objectives
- Communicate project status to senior management and collaborate with the leadership team to improve processes and find deficiencies in workflow, communication, and quality
- Create marketing packs for every range, coordinate photo shoots, and manage all logistics around this
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, display advertising, and paid search)
- Manage other marketing initiatives, such as for local and global trade shows
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a graphic design/marketing or similar role
- Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
- A data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in digital marketing
- Experience in Shopify and Word Press site management would be advantageous
- A team player who can cross-collaborate well
- Willingness to get amongst the weeds and get your hands dirty
- Take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make suitable recommendations
- A lovely family-like feel about the company
