We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sandwich Hand to join our team at JRM Hospitality.
About the RoleAs a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety.
You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth meal service during corporate functions and adhere to food safety guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a sandwich hand and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Able to adapt to varying work schedules, you will also demonstrate flexibility in meeting the demands of this dynamic role.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet deadlines.
- Assist chefs with deliveries, contribute to dishwashing, and maintain a positive kitchen atmosphere.
- Prepare bulk sandwiches and salads, utilizing basic cooking skills to produce high-quality dishes.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a sandwich hand, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Award wages paid per hour, reflecting your value to the team.
