Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Sofitel Brisbane Central. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guest engagement to our most loyal and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Ensure the seamless experience of our most loyal and VIP guests, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Check guests in and out of the hotel using our current operating system, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Room Bookings: Book rooms for Club guests and assist with any reservation needs, ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide premium service throughout all periods of the day, including breakfast, lunch, high tea, functions, and pre-dinner drinks and canapés.
  • Lounge Management: Take responsibility for the lounge when on shift, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Experience: Front Office or Food and Beverage experience in a luxury hotel is desired.
  • Luxury Service Focus: A luxury service focus and desire to grow your career with Sofitel.
  • Qualifications: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Opera PMS highly desired.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation.
