At the heart of every organisation lies a complex web of financial systems and processes. This is where you come in, as a key player in driving transformation and innovation across finance, technology, and operations.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Systems Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to step away from traditional accounting tasks and take on a more strategic, forward-thinking approach to how finance systems operate.

This is a unique chance to be part of a national business undergoing a major transformation project. You'll be working closely with senior finance and IT leaders to design and implement new processes, reporting systems, and data flows that are tailored to meet the needs of the business.

You will be based in Notting Hill, Victoria, and will have the flexibility to work autonomously while still being part of a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, and a proven track record of delivering successful change management projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and configure workflows, user roles, permissions, and reporting structures to meet the needs of the business. You will also lead workshops, training sessions, and end-user adoption initiatives to ensure seamless system implementation.

We are looking for a proactive, extroverted individual who is able to work independently without micromanagement. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business improvement, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What We Are Looking For
  • A strong accounting foundation – CA/CPA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • ERP knowledge, with prior Odoo experience highly desirable.
  • Experience in change management, process improvement, and systems adoption.
  • Hands-on system configuration and testing experience.
  • Strong grasp of debits, credits, and accounting flows.
  • Excellent communicator – confident leading training and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
