• Competitive salary | Discounts on selected RACV productsGreat things start hereRACV's Business Insights team is a dynamic, fast paced and fun environment in which to work.We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Systems Support Analyst to join our team.About the OpportunityAs a Financial Systems Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the IBM Planning Analytics system, which supports Group reporting, budgeting, forecasting models and finance business intelligence.
This includes maintaining and administering the system, managing security and user support, ensuring data integrity with source systems and overseeing financial models and reports.
You will also provide finance-related ERP and network access administration support services.Your key responsibilities will be:Maintain the IBM Planning Analytics system, ensuring availability, security, documentation, and performance of routine tasks such as backups and upgradesManage system changes, issues, and user licenses, ensuring proper testing and controlMaintain reporting, planning, and forecasting models to ensure accuracy and insightCollaborate with the finance support team to develop and maintain efficient models and accurate reportsUpdate finance data cubes and verify data integrity with source systemsProvide ERP finance administration support, including cost centre and reporting hierarchy maintenanceManage finance network access controls and ensure appropriate data accessSupport users by resolving system issues and delivering change requests efficientlyCoordinate and deliver IBM Planning Analytics user trainingBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needsWhat you'll need to be successful:Essential:Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting IBM Planning Analytics or similar multi-dimensional database systemsAt least 3 years' experience providing ERP finance administration supportTertiary qualifications in IT, Finance, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelDesirable:Functional knowledge of finance operations, including management reporting, planning, forecasting, general ledger accounting, and consolidationAdvanced knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office 365 suiteExperience with SAP ERPFamiliarity with systems designProject management experienceThe RACV differenceAt RACV, we believe that maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace is an important element in our continued success.
