About the Role
The Manager provides strategic leadership to and is accountable for the overall operation and clinical management of the Adult Community Mental Health services based at Frankston. This includes budgets, targets, and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse team to deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centered care and achieve high-quality client outcomes.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure the delivery of quality services.
- Coordinate quality improvement activities, accreditation, and facilitate service reviews.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health or completion of a specialist undergraduate Mental Health program.
- Extensive experience in community mental health.
- Advanced leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead in complex environments.
