Job Overview

We are seeking General Psychologists Registered with AHPRA or Accredited Mental Health Social Workers who can provide authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in various services including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and Medicare clients in Frankston VIC.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients while working in a supportive team environment that avoids burnout and clinical fatigue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with diverse mental health conditions and outcome goals;
  • Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, allied health experts, case managers, and employers to assist individuals return to work and/or fully engage with the community;
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interventions using clinical skills;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with organisational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • General Psychologist Registered with AHPRA; or
  • Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW;
  • Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;
  • Permanent residency in Australia;
  • Passion for improving lives through work and health;
  • Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
