About the Position:- Foster exceptional customer relationships by delivering personalized service and ensuring a positive experience.

- Collaborate with the management team to implement administrative tasks and contribute to daily operations.
- Communicate delivery lead times to customers and conduct vehicle inspections as required.
- Explore customer requirements, educate them on services, and schedule repair appointments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Current driver's license.
- Ability to resolve issues and find solutions for customers.
- Assist the Branch manager with administrative responsibilities.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
