About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Growth Strategist to lead our East Zone Australia operations preferably based in Sydney or Melbourne. Applicants from Brisbane will also be considered.

This role involves developing and executing a business strategy to deliver profitable growth for our organisation in the Eastern States region comprising NSW, VIC, QLD and TAS market.

You will lead a large team of Account Managers, Growth Leaders and Field Service Engineers/Representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned to our larger Oceania region strategic plan.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative strategic growth plans and sales campaigns from identifying opportunities, developing solutions and proposals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline within existing customer base and target new customers and markets.
  • Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and profitable growth through the currency of innovation.
  • Display risk-taking, creativity & innovation to ensure achievement of our Market Transformation Plan (MTP).
  • Motivate and lead your team to deliver on account management excellence and service excellence pillars and measure customer satisfaction through the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team and service team, lead from the front & create a unified sales and service culture.
  • Lead a culture of ethics, quality and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
  • P&L leadership of region with astute focus on business profitability.

You will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organisation, manage complex issues within a functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
