Technical Delivery Lead

The Opportunity:

  • Lead end-to-end software delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution through the development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and champion best practices to support effective planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to establish priorities and manage delivery plans.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through structured updates and reporting tools.
  • Monitor delivery health, track team velocity, and address risks or blockers proactively.
  • Promote continuous learning, agile thinking, and collaboration while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software delivery roles, managing agile delivery and release cycles across cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate agile delivery using hands-on experience with SDLC processes and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Utilise modern tools to manage and track progress, ensuring teams meet goals.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery process with strong organisational and facilitation skills.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and ensuring alignment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring teams, and embedding an agile mindset.
