About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hotel Service Assistant to join our team at Clare Residential Care Home. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality catering, housekeeping, laundry, and utilities services to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Contribute to improving services and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience for our residents.
  • Share skills and knowledge with other staff to support their learning and development.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to operate smartphones and apps, such as Microsoft Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions, take initiative, and work independently.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
