Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Risk Advisor to join our Enterprise Risk Team, supporting the implementation and refinement of the Risk Management Framework across all business units.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business units to implement and continuously refine the Risk Management Framework.
  • Deliver high-quality risk reporting and insights for Executive and Board.
  • Oversee the bank's incident management process, providing incident management oversight and supporting stakeholders to respond to investigating, managing and resolving incidents and escalations.
  • Collaborate with first-line teams to enhance risk ownership and uplift their capability.
  • Provide content to key regulatory activities, including compliance initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, practices and APRA standards.
  • Experience operating in or advising across all three lines of defence, with strong working knowledge of risk governance structures.
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
