- This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for workflow and automation.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining workflows and automation processes
- Liaising with stakeholders to identify business requirements and implement solutions
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner or Delivery Manager
- 10+ years IT experience ideally within system development or transformation
- Experience with UIPath, PowerApps/PowerAutomate, and Dynamics 365 essential
- Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilising a variety of methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships and interacting with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with retail banking products
- Experience working in continuous delivery environment preferred
