Develop and deploy AI tools to automate, accelerate, and amplify business processes. You will lead the design and development of internal AI tools, from lead gen bots to smart admin workflows to sales support agents. Work with our dev team to scope, test, and ship production-ready tools, not just prototypes. Identify high-impact internal use cases, evaluate feasibility, and prioritise ruthlessly.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deploy AI tools to automate, accelerate, and amplify business processes.
  2. Lead the design and development of internal AI tools, from lead gen bots to smart admin workflows to sales support agents.
  3. Work with our dev team to scope, test, and ship production-ready tools, not just prototypes.
  4. Identify high-impact internal use cases, evaluate feasibility, and prioritise ruthlessly.

Requirements:
  1. Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including LLMs, agents, APIs, vector databases, automations, and no-code tools.
  2. Experience in building and deploying AI workflows or micro-products before, whether at a startup or in-house at a larger org.
  3. Ability to work with dev teams to scope and prioritise builds, but also jump into Zapier, Retool, or Python to get things moving.
  4. Strong communication skills, able to tie tools to business value.
