Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to spearhead our store operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining exceptional store presentation.

You will lead a dynamic team to meet and exceed targets, focusing on stock management, wage control, and shrinkage. Your ability to motivate and inspire your team will be crucial in achieving optimal results.

To ensure the success of our store, you will closely monitor sales performance, implement effective strategies to drive sales, and maintain efficient operational processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and improve KPIs through effective inventory management and customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
