About the Role:

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality men's fashion wear. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding shopping experience, answering customer queries, and maintaining store displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a visually appealing shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet performance expectations
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for fashion and customer service. Previous retail experience is essential, and you should be available to work weekends.
