Job Overview

The Guest Relations Executive role involves providing world-class customer service to clients and employees, working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include managing first impressions of the office with tasks such as greeting guests, coordinating hospitality requests, directing calls, arranging security access, mail management, and transportation bookings.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Manage the efficient operation of client spaces and communal areas, scheduling meetings and preparing rooms for use.
  • Support the Office Manager with event coordination and general administrative tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Front of House, Corporate Reception or Guest Services role.
  • A professional and welcoming approach with impeccable presentation.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
