The Role
  • Plan and direct operations to achieve the desired outcomes and targets.
  • Liaise with Management, Staff, Customers, Suppliers, and National Office to drive success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Environmental matters.
  • Assist with counter service and provide technical advice and guidance to staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OHS Licenses and Trade Certificate are essential requirements.
  • A strong background in people management and leadership is required.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills are necessary for success.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and pressure is crucial.
  • Awareness of management systems including Quality Assurance (QA) and WHS is vital.
  • Computer literacy and basic numeracy skills are expected.
