We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team.

Job Description

This role will involve ensuring the effective management and administration of contracts throughout the lifecycle of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients, developing robust procedures for improvement, and monitoring project risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracting processes with new clients in collaboration with the Commercial Team.
  • Develop and maintain processes for creating projects, including setting up SharePoint files and ensuring contracts are signed and stored correctly.
  • Monitor project processes to identify shortfalls and develop corrective actions.
  • Identify and monitor project risks, reporting emerging issues to the Commercial Team.
  • Oversee project processes daily to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Tender Coordinator on bids and tenders, developing scope of works for each contract.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to maintain payment schedules, variations, and claims for projects on a monthly basis.
  • Perform quality assurance on a daily basis to ensure project standards are met.
  • Manage external and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Support the project management team to ensure successful project outcomes.
