Project Coordinator Opportunity
A Civil Project Manager is required for a challenging position in an Urban Design Consultancy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards in preparing tender documents and contract agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Project Management and Design Teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, including councils, contractors, and builders to build strong relationships.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of industry experience in NSW in a Civil Design role with a proven track record in project coordination.
- Contract management experience and exposure to working on site are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
