Job Description

As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience in our fast-paced retail environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs.

You will be responsible for driving a selling culture, coaching and developing your team members, and utilizing reporting data to inform operational decisions.

Additionally, you will facilitate open communication with your team, provide effective feedback, and consistently communicate with the Management team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Our initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers will equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
