  • As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, building a high-performing team, and ensuring every customer leaves inspired to pursue outdoor activities.

  • You will be expected to execute operational standards, ensure inventory, compliance, and safety procedures are met, engage with the community, and build strong relationships with trade partners and local customers.

  • Key Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse and enthusiastic team, delivering exceptional customer service through team empowerment, and analysing and interpreting financial and customer data to uncover growth opportunities.

  • You will also be responsible for creating a culture of support, accountability, and growth within the team.

  • Requirements:

  • A passionate people leader who gets a real buzz from coaching others to be their best.

  • Loves the outdoors – whether it’s fishing, boating, camping or all of the above.

  • Has high personal integrity and can lead by example in safety, performance, and culture.
