What you'll be doing Leading, mentoring and developing a diverse and enthusiastic team, creating a culture of support, accountability and growth Delivering exceptional customer service through team empowerment and a shared love for outdoor adventure Executing operational standards and ensuring inventory, compliance and safety procedures are met Engaging the community and building strong relationships with trade partners and local customers Analysing and interpreting financial and customer data to uncover growth opportunities You'll be perfect for this role if you: Are a passionate people leader who gets a real buzz from coaching others to be their best Love the outdoors — whether it's fishing, boating, camping or all of the above Have high personal integrity and can lead by example in safety, performance and culture Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting amongst the team and customers every day Have leadership experience with a track record of driving results, retail experience desired but not required If you're ready to lead a team that shares your passion for the great outdoors and you're excited to grow personally and professionally with a brand that backs its people, apply now and BCF a part of something bigger.
