This is an exceptional opportunity for a speech pathologist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing speech pathology services to patients/clients and their carers, ensuring optimal health outcomes. This will involve working across various community-based and outreach services, including those that cater to Aboriginal communities.

As part of this role, you will also undertake designated non-clinical tasks to support service delivery, such as clinical supervision, quality improvement activities, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in speech pathology that provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of skills required to deliver speech pathology services to paediatrics in a busy community health setting.
  • Describe your understanding of reflective practice and its application to the clinical setting, including examples.
  • Possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
