Senior Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our First Mile Product team. As the Head of First Mile Product, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive business growth and improve profitability.
- Leverage Maersk's end-to-end customer integrator value proposition to identify and capitalize on organic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build investment cases and business plans to enable product growth.
- Monitor product performance, implement initiatives to improve profitability and cost-to-serve, and report regularly to senior stakeholders.
- 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving profitability.
- Proven expertise in strategy and operations, with a deep understanding of the ANZ transport sector.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and leadership qualities.
