Financial Director



About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced financial leader to join our team as a Financial Director. This is a pivotal role that will shape the financial future of our organization, driving operational excellence and strong working capital management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including external audits.
  • Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support business initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
  • Partner with business units to deliver financial insights and support decision-making.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred)
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, BPC, AARO, and Power BI
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in a multinational corporation (desirable)
