In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the growth of our enterprise customer base while delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our Enterprise Go-to-Market function, ensuring seamless service delivery and revenue targets achievement.
  • Develop strategies to acquire large enterprise customers while maintaining the success of our largest clients, fostering deep relationships and ongoing impact and value.
  • Recruit and retain top talent, cultivating a high-performing team culture that drives business results.
  • Expand and retain strategic enterprise accounts by delivering long-term value to our most important clients.
  • BUILD EXECUTIVE-LEVEL RELATIONSHIPS WITH LARGE PRIMARY HEALTHCARE GROUPS, ACTING AS A TRUSTED ADVISOR TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with our product, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with the product roadmap, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to senior team members, ensuring they can manage complex client needs effectively.
  • Implement proactive customer success strategies, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive mutual value for enterprise clients.
  • Represent Healthengine at industry events, showcasing our leadership in health tech solutions.
  • Develop our Enterprise GTM strategy, securing new Enterprise customers across all verticals, focusing on large customer win-backs and new revenue opportunities.

About You

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or customer success, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • A proven track record of leading and scaling enterprise-level sales or customer success teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining executive-level relationships with strategic accounts in complex industries like healthcare.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, turning customer needs into actionable business solutions.
  • Excellent leadership skills, focusing on coaching senior team members and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • A deep understanding of modern revenue tech stacks, including CRM (Salesforce) and other key platforms.
  • Prior experience scaling a business toward IPO is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
