About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Zinfra and take a lead role in the overall management of a major project or significant program of works that will contribute to Australia's transition to Net Zero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project and program delivery capabilities
  • Lead completed projects through tender, ECI, and execution phases
  • Develop high-performing project environments
  • Manage personnel in accordance with Zinfra policies, ensuring only personnel with appropriate skills and qualifications are employed or assigned to carry out required tasks
  • Ensure the ongoing performance management of the team
  • Provide ongoing leadership and support to the team
  • Ensure the delivery team's contribution towards financial targets aligns with business strategy
About You

To be considered for this role, your resume should demonstrate extensive project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex infrastructure projects. Additionally, your resume should highlight:

  • Extensive experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Strong ability to drive and motivate contractors and consultants to achieve program milestones
