Early Childhood Early Intervention Occupational Therapist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to lead our Penrith team in New South Wales.
- To manage and develop therapy programs for ECEI participants, assessing their functional capacity and designing personalized goals.
- Develop participant-centred objectives based on clinical skills and professional expertise.
- Foster keyworker relationships during therapy intervention and provide best practice evidence-based support services to enhance life skills and independence.
- Conduct thorough assessments and offer recommendations for adaptive environments and assistive technology provision.
- Mentor junior clinicians with expert guidance and professional development opportunities.
About the Successful Candidate:
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with 12 months+ experience (direct NDIS experience is highly regarded).
- Holding current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
