Job Title: EPC Pre-Contract ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EPC Pre-Contract Manager to join our team. As an EPC Pre-Contract Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure robust, transparent, and efficient procurement processes across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure risk allocation objectives and tolerance are considered in all procurement processes.
  • Manage consultants and advisers to achieve financial close for projects.
  • Provide commercial and procurement expertise, advice, and assistance across all business units.
  • Lead negotiations on major procurement projects with external parties.
  • Engage with development and technical teams to define project requirements, specifications, and key risks.
  • Coordinate the development of contract schedules (technical and commercial) and review major contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in the renewables sector.
  • Establish and manage procurement processes, contractor pre-selection, and procurement registers.
  • Monitor and report progress against established baselines throughout the procurement life cycle.
  • Build and maintain key external stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in EPC contracting, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
