Customer Service Team Member

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
- Assist customers with queries and concerns
- Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
