Customs Broker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customs Broker to handle the customs clearance process for our international shipments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and trade compliance, as well as proficient skills in customs clearance software and online customs portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear customs duties and ensure accurate classification of goods according to customs regulations.
  • Resolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving clearance issues.
  • Collaborate closely with government agencies and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance operations.

Requirements:

  • At least three (3) years of work experience in Customs
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & PC
  • Knowledge of key responsibilities, including customs clearance processes, customs documentation review, and duty rates determination
