Are you passionate about improving healthcare outcomes through digital innovation? We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Adoption Lead to champion the successful integration of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system across diverse clinical settings.
In this senior leadership role, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, educators, and the Digital Health team to ensure smooth implementation of EMR into everyday practice. Your expert knowledge and strong communication skills will empower staff across the network to adopt technology, enhance workflows, and improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support staff adoption of EMR through training, communication, and workflow optimization.
- Act as a vital link between clinical teams, digital health, and executive leadership.
- Identify risks, challenges, and improvements to maximize system effectiveness.
- Facilitate and contribute to system design reviews and governance committees.
- Manage change and business continuity planning, including downtime procedures.
- Travel across regional sites to provide on-the-ground support and training.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or qualified Allied Health professional with current practicing certificate who has proven leadership in clinical or non-clinical healthcare roles. Experience in health IT implementation, change management, and training is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are also required. The ideal candidate must be able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse or qualified Allied Health professional with current practicing certificate.
