Marketing Transformation Lead

This role is responsible for driving the transformation of marketing through technology, data, and automation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in reimagining how marketing teams work smarter using modern tools and processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of key marketing platforms like Adobe Workfront and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
  • Empower marketing teams by implementing automation, data, and AI into daily workflows.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to shape future marketing strategies through strategic partnerships with technology giants.
  • Establish clear KPIs for all MarTech initiatives to measure success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and innovation leader for Marketing AI, guiding teams in testing and scaling AI use cases.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing omnichannel strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced retail or FMCG environments with a deep understanding of unique marketing challenges and customer dynamics.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and nurture digital teams, with strong experience managing senior stakeholders in complex settings.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing marketing automation and technology platforms.
  • Expertise in managing full lifecycle of complex digital projects and campaigns.
