We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Officer to join our Governance Department on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative and system support for our Plant and Fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Fleet team, including coordinating schedules, managing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist with the planning, prioritization, and execution of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including plant and fleet staff, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to fleet operations.
- Perform other duties as required to support the effective operation of the Governance Department.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of fleet operations and management principles, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and policies.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
