We are seeking a skilled Account Professional to join our APAC Sales team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions that add value.
- Building strong relationships with merchants to increase sales growth.
- Guiding qualifying customers through the upgrade path from basic to advanced platforms.
- Demonstrating software solutions and responsible for reactive sales from inbound opportunities.
You will also contribute to building customer advocacy, increasing empathy and understanding throughout the organization, and support the wider team to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in sales or account management with a performance target.
- A strong understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a software environment.
- The ability to use CRM systems and other technologies to manage pipelines.
- An entrepreneurial approach and strong time management and organizational skills.
