Lead AI Strategist Role

Our organization seeks a skilled Lead AI Strategist to spearhead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI models.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative Gen AI solutions that drive our Retail Banking Services' AI ambitions and strategic priorities forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and communicating a comprehensive AI strategy, aligning it with our organizational goals and driving the overall AI vision in Retail Banking Services.
  • Leading the creation of novel solutions to complex problems, leveraging advanced technical knowledge and specialist expertise.
  • Conducting and overseeing in-depth research to apply new methods and technologies, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams with Gen AI, predictive ML, and data science skill sets.
  • Demonstrated capability in driving reusable outcomes that can be leveraged across the organization.
  • Proficiency in risk management strategies to identify, mitigate, and manage AI-related risks.

Preferred skills and tools include:

  • Generative AI hands-on delivery experience, including prompt engineering, RAG, guardrail design, orchestration design, and familiarity with frameworks like Semantic Kernel and LangGraph.
  • Machine learning expertise, including designing and constructing machine learning models, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, and deployment of predictive models.
  • Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, GenAI, and data science tools such as Spark, Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL, and key AWS integration packages.
