Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead to oversee the overall function of Contract Administration for a portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will have direct experience working in a similar commercial role, preferably with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting organisation.

The Role:
  • To lead and improve Contract Administration mechanisms
  • To ensure all required reports are submitted on time, including status, project, program, and risk reports
  • Commercial review of contracts and agreements
  • To provide support and work with management to ensure project commercial requirements are met
  • Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally
About You:
  • Prior experience in a similar commercial role
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • High proficiency in contract correspondence
  • Financial or accounting experience is advantageous
  • Ability to understand risks and limitations associated with project legal agreements and requirements
  • A good understanding of project administration and project control applications
  • Ability to engage with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to present information to various audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Police clearance
  • Post Graduate Quantity Surveying / Construction Management qualification
