Product Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Partner with the Buying and Planning teams to own and drive the product development process.
- Oversee the packaging development process to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage quality control processes to ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards.
- Oversee testing and compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating third-party testing and lab reports as needed.
- Develop range documents including selling guides and product training tools in collaboration with the Buyer and Brand Manager.
About You:
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar buying/product role.
- Proven experience in product development, buying, or sourcing within a retail or wholesale environment, preferably in homewares or lifestyle categories.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing small teams or mentoring junior staff.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage costs, margins, and supplier negotiations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PLM systems, and order management tools.
