Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive analysis of historical sales data to formulate seasonal category strategies, identify market trends, and optimize product assortments, stock levels, pricing, and profit margins.
  • Developing and maintaining store grading plans across various distribution channels, informed by customer demographics and sales trends.
  • Creating range plans that determine the ideal product assortment, applying statistical and trend analysis to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Overseeing the Open-to-Buy process for assigned product categories.

  • Extensive experience in merchandise planning within the fashion or accessories sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and retail insight.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales, profit, and margin targets.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Proactive in identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in advanced merchandise planning software and Excel.
